In such instances, E-Advantage Solutions Ltd (incl. www.ekfoto.co.uk; www.eksite.co.uk) reserves the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers.<p>
HIGH RESOURCE USER POLICY<p>
Resources are defined as bandwidth and/or processor utilization.E-Advantage Solutions Ltd (incl. www.ekfoto.co.uk; www.eksite.co.uk) may implement the following policy to its sole discretion:<br>
When a website is found to be monopolising the resources available E-Advantage Solutions Ltd (incl. www.ekfoto.co.uk; www.eksite.co.uk) reserves the right to suspend that site immediately. This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. PAYMENT POLICIES<p>
All accounts are set up on a prepay basis. Although E-Advantage Solutions Ltd (incl. www.ekfoto.co.uk; www.eksite.co.uk) reserves the right to change prices of accounts or services at any time all pricing is guaranteed for the period of prepayment. Payment is due every 30 or 365 days, following the date the account was established, prior to the commencement of the next period. Customers will automatically be charged again towards the end of their prepay period unless closure notification has already been given.In situations where the card number on file is declined E-Advantage Solutions Ltd (incl. www.ekfoto.co.uk; www.eksite.co.uk) will immediately suspend the facility to purchase services on-line until the outstanding charge is processed successfully. The customer is responsible for all money owed on the account from the time it was established to the time that the customer sends a written cancellation request.<p>
<b>No bills or invoices will be sent by regular mail.</b> All invoices will be sent directly to customers via email shortly after the online purchase has been made. At this point the customer''''s card will be charged automatically.All payment is in UK sterling.<p>

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS<p>

For topics/ sub-topics etc try to keep the name fairly short (These are shown in numeric and then alphabetical order.)
The text box entry appears at the top right of the frame, can be text or Html or small image.<p>
7. If you hit "Img upload" you immediately get a browse facility to locate the image you want, then hit ''upload'' and wait - the whole Html script is then shown and you ''cut & paste'' this. Hit ''New'' and select ''article'', then hit ''submit'', enter a title and paste the Html into the article area then hit ''submit''. Here you can also enter a caption for the picture. The Search function works on topics, titles and content.<p>
Job Done<p>
You can amend or delete any article/ photograph/ topic/ sub-topic etc which you have added on your own log in.
<p>
When you log-in again and look at something you have added you will get two extra facilities i.e. ''Modify'' and ''Delete'' for topics and then under each article / photograph you will get ''''Modify, Link, Delete."<p>
8. The Link facility enables you to add your photograph to any other relevant topic or sub-topic, by selecting the topic and sub-topic chain that you want.<p>

Just to get the garden going we planted some dwarf french beans, some out-of-date beetroot and carrots, plus and this is what you can just see, some radishes. The first ones are being picked.</center>
